Why is the application asking permission toaccesssome of my phone’s functions? In order to enable some offeaturesavailable through our app, the application may need toaccess thefollowing on your mobile device: • Location Services – Soour appcan return office and ATM search results that are relevantto yourcurrent location. • Camera – So you can use the MobileDepositfeature. • Contacts – So when using the Popmoneyperson-to-personpayments feature you can easily select a contactfrom your deviceto pay. I keep getting errors when I attempt to login. What shouldI do? First make sure you have the correct logincredentials. Ifyou are unsure, please utilize the Passcode orForgot Usernamelinks. If you are confident in your logincredentials and are stillhaving problems, reinstall the app fromyour app store. Pleasenote: you will also need a Secure AccessCode. This will bedelivered to you using one of the contact methodswe have on file(ex. phone call, text message, email).
